Chief Strategist

Paul Sherno is the Chief Strategist for differentium. He has deep experience in traditional, digital and mobile media. This rare combination of skills and experiences gives him a unique and important perspective on the dominant media tools of our day, and how they can, and should be combined to have the most impact with specific audiences.

Paul's qualifications make him a much sought after speaker [MMA, PROMAX, MOMO] and consultant for companies interested in improving their messages streams, to highly defined audience targets.

Paul has helped build some national and international brands into the powerhouses they are. He also developed one of Japan and Italy's best selling apps, and has won EMMY's for his creative direction. In his spare time Paul plays competitive soccer, skydives and cooks for his friends.

Executive Producer

Jon is a video master. He's won over 15 EMMY's for his commercials for hospitals, banks, businesses. He's developed a reputation for exceptional creative instincts combined with excellent production design; translation- he can make your project incredible and keep your budget from blowing up.

In his spare time he plays the drums for bands that are well known in Ireland, and Scotland. He is also a fantic cleaner who spends whatever spare time he has left organizing things that really don't need to be organized.

Director of Marketing

Jennifer is a marketing idea machine. She's created products that help local restaurants, web-businesses, retailers, and malls build traffic and loyal repeat customers. She is the creator of the 'Travelling Palate' an immensely popular dining guide distributed through major hotel brands through the Maryland and DC area. Jennifer knows how to use traditional and new media to get and keep customers coming back.

She is the proud mama of a sweet border collie and a sweet tuxedo cat.

Wayne is considered one of media best qualified and most sought after sound designers for clients interested in making an impact with their new and traditional media projects. He's created audio branding for ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX as well as Disney and several major east-coast advertising agencies. He's created long form message campaigns that have won awards for their creativity and effectiveness. He's also created audio branding for local and national media clients.

Wayne is a huge baseball fan, so it makes sense that he and his son spend alot of time playing and watching his favorite game. He's also a true Redskins fan.
